Returns & Exchanges Policy
At GJs Discount Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home projects. If your fabric or home goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold and pack the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address provided in the return instructions.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned fabric to ensure it hasn't been cut or washed, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
