How are your fabrics sold and measured?
All our fabrics are sold by the meter unless otherwise specified in the product description. The minimum order quantity is typically 0.5 meters, and multiple units will be cut as one continuous piece.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I request a fabric sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we understand that feel and color accuracy are important. You can order small swatches for most of our stocked fabrics for a nominal fee to ensure the material meets your project needs.
What is your return policy for cut-to-length fabrics?
Because fabrics are cut specifically to your requested length, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if the fabric is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are the colors shown on the website 100% accurate?
We strive to photograph our fabrics in natural lighting to represent colors accurately. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and screen calibrations.
Do you offer wholesale discounts for large projects?
We do offer bulk pricing for full-roll purchases or large-scale commercial projects. Please contact our customer service team with your specific requirements for a personalized quote.
